8th Annual Battle of the Beets is coming up! Boil up your best version of Borshch and bring it to the competition! Not a cook? Come sample the soups and help crown the 2026 champs!

  • Borshch samplers will vote for their three favorites

  • Winners of the best vegetarian borshch and best meat borshch take home the traveling trophies and bragging rights
